Hypno Education: Stop triggers in an argument? That triggered resistance in me. On the one hand, I was mad at my play partner at the time for using the trigger. On the other, I was mad at myself for not resisting. It showed me that hypnosis works - and that you have to keep adjusting even in an ongoing dynamic. Have you ever had an experience like that?
